Text:  1 Timothy 6: 17-21

Ensure you put your trust in God completely, if you can do this, His mercy will abide with you. Our Bible text today shows Apostle Paul’s charge towards Brother Timothy and today the scriptures are to apply to our life because everybody has that which they are hoping for as regards different areas of life whether financially, maritally, spiritually, healthwise or careerwise. This keeps us going and pressing on with the hope of accomplishment and achievement. I am admonishing you that you put your hope in God because man may disappoint but God cannot disappoint. Some fiancees have disappointed their partners which led to a lot of issues, even some husbands disappoint their wives and vice versa, also children disappoint their parents or those who look up to them and vice versa but the only personality that does not disappoint is God.

Another thing to ensure you are doing is to be rich in doing good. Be generous and kind to people around you. Matthew 5: 14-16, 1 Timothy 6: 18 be willing to share and generous to people as scriptures admonish us. Also, build a sound foundation for your future. You need to build your trust and foundation in Christ as He is the only surest foundation that does not fail. Your future is in God’s hands; trust in Him and He will never disappoint you.

Prayer

1. Lord, thank you for sparing my life to witness today.
2. Lord, forgive all sins that can hinder my prayers today.
3. Lord, touch me and remove every evil mark from my body.
4. Lord, I hope in you, take me out of the difficulties of my life.
5. Lord, touch me with your healing hands and heal me from every disease.
6. Lord, give me victory over the trials of my life.
7. Lord, take away all my problems.
8. Lord, help me to serve you more than ever before.
