We need to change everything changeable in our lives. Let us examine a man who refuses to change what was changeable during his lifetime, his name is Samson. Samson neglected the advice of his parent and engaged himself with Delilah, who dwelt in the camp of the enemy. Samson is even at the point of discovering the secrets of his life yet he was not sensitive to the danger ahead of him. Despite his anointing, his days were cut short because he refused to change. May we not be like Samson in Jesus name.

From our bible text, our God is called the God of gods, and the great God, this is one revelation of God a child of God must retain and understand. 1 Chronicles 16: 25 talks about the greatness of God and how fearful He is. Psalm 47: 2 also tells us our God is king over all the earth.

Consider what a just, perfect, and upright man named Job described God as one who is greater than we can understand in Job 36: 26. And His years can’t be counted neither can God be limited. It is the only man that can limit himself by engaging in sinful acts.

We bless God for His sustaining grace over us and all that concerns us. From our bible text, we need to know that sin demolishes and diminishes the life of God in us. Sin beset man. Galatians 5: 19-21 lists all the things we need to change from. To man, this is called enjoyment, living life, but our God wants us to deviate from them so that they do not destroy us. So many so-called believers have destroyed themselves with sexual immorality. 1 Corinthians 6: 16 admonishes us to desist from those acts and the later verse, 17 makes us understand that he that is joined with the Lord is one spirit with Him.

Ignorance has led to the suffering of a lot of people, as children of God, we must learn to examine our life to know if it is the will of God for us at that moment. In our bible text today, the children of Israel preferred the life lived in Egypt to what God was preparing for them because of the wilderness experience. And the same can be said for believers who prefer to be all right with their problems.

We bless God for releasing His own begotten son to come and deliver us. As satan was hijacking the race of man from God but God’s reckless love fought and saved us. Consider how many children of God we have today as a result of God releasing His only begotten son. Likewise, it is important that for everything we want to reap, there must be sowing.

So many people are bothered about their problems and challenges instead of casting all of them unto God. God’s love for us is worthless compared to anything in this world, it is His only begotten son that is worth our value that is to express how valuable you are. Therefore, don’t allow anxiety, or poverty, to bother, and kill you if God could release His only begotten son for your sake, what again will He withhold from you.

Our God’s nature is giving and He is considered to be the greatest giver, He gave His only begotten son. We must learn how to give just like our Father. Learn to give to people around you, giving is also a practice of faith. James 2: 14-16. Don’t eat and clothe yourself alone, refuse to be selfish. There are people who are unable to get three meals per day and you have the capacity of eating more than thrice and even throw the remaining. God is the giver and He gives generously to the extent that even the unbelievers benefit from it like the rain we experience, the daily sun is for all

It is necessary that we develop the discipline to look unto Jesus as our help is guaranteed in Him, the one God that can never fail. We must have the determination not to allow anybody to hinder us, otherwise, people will discourage us. Matthew 10: 37 encourages us to love God deeply and learn to develop on God for our help and not man. Jesus loves and does the will of the Father likewise we believers must be ready to do the will of the Father as our Lord Jesus is our model and helper.

Our God’s nature is giving and He is considered to be the greatest giver as the bible says no man receiveth a thing except he is given from above i.e., by God. I want you to understand that you will see God’s power and presence to the extent you believe. If you see God as a Father, you will experience His fatherly acts likewise if you see God as a friend, you will experience as a good friend. Hence, as believers, we have a Father as a giver. John 3: 16
