The mercies of God will reign upon us in Jesus name. Many in life who have opportunities but didn’t make use of it die without leaving any legacy while those who make use of the opportunities become role models in the world. God can turn the situation around and that is why I want you to cry out for the mercy of God concerning your life so you can fulfil your destiny and purpose in life.

1 Chronicles 16: 25 further explains how God is to be feared and praised amongst all other gods. Psalm 47: 2 also testifies to His kingdom over all the earth. And Job in Job 36: 26 explains the greatness of God both in age and understanding. He is unmatchable. Psalm 48: 1 also talks about the greatness of God and His mountain declared holy to tell you, God wants us to be holy. And I pray that even as we approach God in prayers, we shall experience the greatness of God in our lives.

Last week, we started this topic, Destroy the Destroyer, and I will like you to know that you cannot destroy the destroyer if you don’t trust the Lord. Jeremiah 17: 7 explains how blessed is the man whose hope is in the Lord. Knowing that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, let us ensure we put our trust in the name of the Lord as said in Psalm 20: 7. Never trust in any physical thing, trust in the Lord empowers you and gives you an advantage in destroying your destroyer. A man who trusts the Lord is the man who God fights his battle. Look at how God fought for Moses even when the people of Israel were mourning against him. In an act of God protecting Moses, about 14,753 people died. This is to tell you how God can fight for His own

I am admonishing you that you put your hope in God because man may disappoint but God cannot disappoint. Some fiancees have disappointed their partners which led to a lot of issues, even some husbands disappoint their wives and vice versa, also children disappoint their parents or those who look up to them and vice versa but the only personality that does not disappoint is God.

Who is a destroyer? According to the Bible text, we know the acts of the destroyer i.e. to steal, kill, and destroy. The devil is the destroyer and that is why we need to be strong in the Lord. The destroyer has killed some mothers to make their children orphans, and to some, he killed the children to render the milk useless, and to some, he has stolen the blessings of their business to ensure that neither profit nor progress is achieved. That is why the scriptures in Ephesians 6: 11 encourage us to put on the whole armor of God so we can stand against the wiles of the devil. The contention is not with flesh and blood but a spiritual warfare as explained further in verse 12.

There is something I want you to know that God is the lifter of men. Our bible texts make us understand that God is the one who can take a man to a location called the wealthy place and set a large room for Him. I pray may the Lord set before us a large room and take us to a wealthy place. Psalms 31: 8. I pray that even as the month comes to an end, our lives won’t come to an end in Jesus name, our problems will come to an end in Jesus name. Psalms 116: 6 made us understand that it is the Lord that helps men. May you receive the help of God in the season in Jesus name.

When a man can pray, God surely will remember him. The Bible admonishes us to always pray without season. In our bible text, King Hezekiah received news that his death is at hand, on hearing that he prayed to God and God answered his prayer. If a king can decide to pray which led to the addition of 15 years to his answer. You need to pray to learn how to call on God in prayer during hard times but the truth is King Hezekiah reminded God about what he has done for Him. So, to pray a prayer like that, you must have done something for God. One question to ask yourself is “What have you done for God?”.

Many lives today are being flooded with troubles but our bible text assures us peace and victory. I will like you to know that a life outside Christ will be filled with crisis and that is why Jesus assured us from His word for victory. John 16: 33. We must develop our lives to be in alignment with what God wants. Daniel lived a life pleasing to God, he told the Chief of the eunuchs about his decision, even though the Chief was scared but he pleaded with him and before the tenth day of observation was over, the glory of the Lord was all over him. You need to live a life of righteousness and holiness to avoid and overcome the crisis in this world.

God knows everything that we do, both for him and for others. The king of Israel, King Solomon, who is the son of King David did his sacrifice and on the verge of that, he had a divine visitation that night. I pray God will reward all your good works. Solomon did not give himself to idols, he gave himself to God, if you can give yourself to God, you will experience divine visitation. Solomon did not request for money, he honored God with his resources. Who do you honor with your resources?
