Text: Proverbs 22: 29
Diligence means hard work and God has promised that only a man who is diligent in his business shall stand before kings. For they shall be greatly rewarded by God. Proverbs 13: 12 makes us understand that scornfulness is the beginning of failure and to avoid this we must be diligent at all times, then we shall achieve outstanding success. Success is always far away from a lazy man. Proverbs 10: 4 reveals that anyone who is diligent in his work will be rich, the blessings of God are assured for them. Hence, for outstanding success to be your experience, there is a need for diligent acts with a lifestyle of prayer and holiness. A student who is only praying but not reading knows that failure will be great.
Likewise, if you are not born again yet diligent, it is dangerous because you are open to every attack of satan. Revelation 3: 20 tells us that God is knocking and waiting for us to open the door of our heart, so the King of Glory can come in and ensure our lives gives glory to His name. Therefore, do not harden your heart, you may have a good job and be doing fine but where will you spend your eternity? Abba Father is calling you to come and experience His love and as you yield, may He reveal things you need to know for your dominion and reign in life.
God does not want a lazy Christian but to be diligent in all our doings. Psalms 92: 12 shows us the extent of our flourishes when we are righteous. When you are diligent, you become happy in that which you are engaged in as you are providing solutions and His name will be glorified in your life.
Another attribute you need to embrace is patience. You need it for your success and upliftment as you will enjoy yourself just like a farmer who waits for the harvest period after sowing. The majority have tagged the EMBER months to be dangerous months which is not so. It is those who are unable to accomplish that which they need to rush things at all costs not minding the damages that end up causing all sorts of crashes and that is why they tagged the EMBER months a dangerous month. And as you become more diligent in your business, God Almighty will bless the works of your hands and you will have great testimony.
