We give glory to the Lord for helping us and granting the gift of life to witness another Christmas Eve. As we are celebrating in this season, it is part of the fulfillment of God and it is my prayer that we celebrate more years to come. Many are afraid because of their past experiences but we do not need to panic, rest on God and He will continue to be your protector and guide. Proverbs 18: 10

Our bible text gives us assurance about God’s promises. Hence we can take God by His word. For whatever He says is true and will surely come to pass. He is not a man who should repent, and He has the necessary wisdom or resources to bring every of His word to accomplishment.

In the book of Gen. 15: 5, God was promising Abraham who was of old age that he was still going to be a Father and we can see from the history that it came to pass even till now. Abraham’s age was not a restriction to God’s blessing and everywhere in the world, you will meet the seed of Abraham there. All the plans of God concerning you will surely come to pass, things might not look difficult today, and they might not even have an semblance of what has been said to you, but like Father Abraham, you need to have faith in God for all those things God has said will surely come to pass.

As believers we need to take heed so we won’t be walking in darkness thinking we are on the right path i.e., walking in the Light. When we talk of darkness, it represents every attribute of the devil. 1 Peter 5: 8 assures that the devil is endlessly looking for who to devour. I pray we won’t be devoured in the name of Jesus and all their roaring will be in vain in Jesus name.

1 Peter 5: 10 assures that God has all the graces needed for every phase we are passing through in our life to finally ensure you fulfill your mandate on earth. Whatever is happening in our society, the Lord Jesus wants us to be a champion. Stand firm in Christ, don’t allow crisis to snatch you of the good things in Christ. Alpha and Omega know your beginning and ending. Therefore be rest assured in Him.

You must learn how to wait on Jesus and not get weary while waiting. The book of John 21 lets us know how the disciples became weary after Jesus was crucified. You know Peter decided to go back to his profession which is fishing of which other disciples decided to follow him. They headed out, forsaking that which they were called to do, and toiled all night only to get nothing, debt was already at the door as the boat and nets used were all borrowed i.e., as children of God we must learn how to wait on God less we take wrong steps and endanger ourselves.

Do not be deceived. God is our Father and won’t let us down, standing by us until we fulfill every purpose He has ordained us for i.e., to win souls for Christ, snatching men from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light of which some are not doing yet expecting God’s promises, you can’t be wiser than your creator. You must know that you need to help those who need Christ as this will attest to a meaningful life.

Hurray! Hurray!! Hurray!!! It is the month of December. Happy New Month. I want you to open your heart as the Prophetic word of God will encounter you via the prayers from our G. O. I see you experiencing God’s favour and goodness all through the month. Happy New Month once again.

1 Corinthians 10: 12 admonishes us to take heed lest he falls i.e., there is possibility that a man can fall. The more reason why you must avoid the praises of men and humble yourself before God. Psalms 119 admonishes us to stay with the word of God so that a man does not go astray from God’s presence. 1 Timothy 4: 16 talks about us earnestly following the teachings of Christ.
