Text: Genesis 26: 22; 2 Peter 1: 22
What we read in today’s scripture was the experience of a man named Isaac. He experienced envy from trying to settle down after the death of His father but at last, he experienced rest. I pray every enemy either from your maternal or paternal side, you shall overcome and have peace of mind over them in Jesus name. Children of God, there is no one in this world, who does not experience challenges while passing through this world, I pray every enemy of progress in our life will fail in Jesus name. We need to learn some lessons from Isaac, he sowed and reaped also, I pray you will reap the fruit of your labor in Jesus name.
Rehoboth is a place of rest. When Isaac finally dug the well without any hindrance, he rested and blessed the name of the Lord, I pray the Lord God Jehovah Shalom will grant you rest in Jesus name. Rehoboth is also a place of fulfillment, fulfillment of purpose and destiny. I pray you will fulfill your purpose on earth in Jesus name. Rehoboth is a place of flourishing, Isaac kept flourishing that the people could not do without him and they eventually came to make peace with him. I pray you will flourish in all your endeavors.
Rehoboth is a place of enlargement, I pray may enlarge your coast, and you need to stop thinking low and shallow, think big and expand your horizon and don’t underestimate yourself, and belittle that which God deposited in you. Place so much value on yourself and start working towards it, seeing yourself the way God sees you. Know who you are in Christ and walk in His inheritance. Many ladies think of themselves as too cheap and useless their self, this act should come to an end. You are valuable in God’s sight and should not make yourself of no worth.
Another lesson from Isaac was that he was where God wanted him to be. Many people are in the wrong location and that is why the things they are looking for are unrealistic and unachievable. Ensure you stay where God wants you to be while you move in God’s might. Some left where God’s location was because of criticism from men. No man who wants to shine will not face criticism as the enemy is against any form of progress but don’t give up and let God lead you. Proverbs 3: 5-7. Isaac was not tired of the enemy’s criticism, he kept working. A believer who wants to outshine must not be lazy and must be resilient and focused to achieve what God wants for his/her life. I pray that you fulfill your destiny in Jesus name.
